Based in the heart of Silver Coast, Daniel Luzio is a Contruction Project Management
Our company description includes activities such as construction of buildings, as well as restoring, repairing, reconstruction as a whole or in parts, and buying and selling real estate. Having this strong background in construction, and being totally at ease in the construction world of the Silver Coast, we decided to take our services further, hence the creation of our Management company.
With most of our clients living abroad, as well as not being familiar, as a rule, with the local proceedings of a construction project, we realised that having someone locally to follow a project from start to finish, acting on our clients’ best interest at all times, was an essential service for those seeking their holiday home in and around the Obidos area.

Our main objective is the following and conclusion of projects onsite, to be able to understand the team, to communicate frequently and well. We truly worry about each person we work with, be it individual or collectively, in order to bring out the best of each one of them.
